"I'd stop reading, of course! I'd close the book -- just for a second -- and wave back down at you!"
"Okay. Good."
"Then when we finished the book I'd lean over and say, 'Hey Penny, will you take this book inside for me?'"
"Oh, yes! And I would take it, too!"

Your girls are so lovely! A tree is such a wonderful gift for girlhood. I had a tree that I loved, but then again we lived by a little forest. It was enchanted...
